Like, I get it, maybe an admin fee for a month or something, but an address change a few minutes away from previous address.

Once a great company, and why I went with them in the first place due to customer reviews, and now after leaving a review in 2019 my experience has changed entirely, and it isn't a case of throwing my toys out of the pram you can see the consistent decline over the years.

I am glad I work for a company where I move heaven and earth for my customers, and don't act like a robot in my job. Several of the staff were polite but there was one woman who acted like she was working for the queen, give it a rest pal you work for an insurance company like the rest of us working-class people, stop acting like you're solving world hunger.

I have only just set up this insurance so not had to use yet but the customer service was great. I wanted to pay annually rather than monthly so contacted them via the online chat. Person was very helpful & set up a link for me to pay in full as requested in no time at all. So pleased with customer service.
