Stay away from this company take forever to pay out and charge you every time you claim even for the same continuous illness .then have the check to charge £238 for insurance I can get for £76 everywhere else. The worst thing is I have been with them for 7years total rip off .

"Ambiguous protracted Customer Service"
Fortunately I’ve not had to make a claim so this review is simply based on their general customer service.
I’ve been insured with them for 2 years now. A few months into the first policy, I asked to change the payment date of my direct debit. There was a lot of back-and-forth trying to get it done, but eventually it was changed. After the first year I accepted the renewal but then they changed my payment date to the original date. Why? I asked them to change the payment date again and received confirmation it had been done and that they’d reissue my policy documents. The documents - in a ridiculously small font - mentioned nothing about the change of the payment date so it was a waste of paper. Anyway, the payment was taken as usual and their responses have been generic so I’m struggling to get confirmation regarding my preferred payment date. Not sure why it’s so difficult!?

"The absolute worst insurance company"
The absolute worst insurance company. Take forever to pay out, expected the rescue centre where I got my dog from to hand over a history(!), my dog was a stray there is no history! Like they have nothing better to do with their time. My vet sent in their history but they claimed for weeks they hadn't received it. Ended up writing a really snotty email which finally got some one to call me and say 'it was an error at their end'. I KNOW THAT, I KEPT TELLING YOU THAT! So the claim got paid to my vet really late and the sting in the tail was that they excluded various things so I still had to pay a big chunk of the cost. I've had dogs 30 years and NEVER had to deal with such a terrible company. Avoid at all costs!
