STAY AWAY!! They won’t/don’t want to pay on any claims submitted..Why have I been waiting for 5 months since I submitted a claim for the death of our beloved girl, all the time increasing the interest on my credit card used to pay the vets..I have been fobbed off so many times by automated emails, and when you do get to speak to anyone on the phone all I have got is “ I shall send it on to a claims handler and they’ll get back to you soon” b@llocks! Get your sh!t admin sorted and start settling claims for people who are having to deal with a distressing issue as it is.

The lifetime cover I got was great, the only thing I found it didn't cover was if my dog was in the care of another and she went missing or something happened, so not sure if I'd be covered then or not, otherwise I'm pleased with the cover I got
