I submitted a trustpilot review on 3rd January 2024 and got a response asking me to email them (which I did). I still to date have had no response. So not only are their hard tops not good quality, but neither is their customer service. I've asked to be forwarded to the Director Richard Langman and still no response.

Used live chat to raise a concern about a split in my canopy and it took over 25min to get answers to a couple of questions, it then went quiet for 20min so I gave up. Poor customer service.
