"Ski Trip French Alps "

Recently returned from a ski trip to French Alps with 70 schoolchildren. Our drivers were excellent, Gwyndaf, Arthur, Darko and Pete, along with Steve on Uk drive to Dover. Very professional, looked out for both staff and the children, coaches were immaculate. Couldn’t fault any of them and would love them on our next trip.

On mystery tour today, picked up on time by Sam our driver, driving been excellent she’s very polite and helpful, well worth the cost of the trip. Would recommend and will be booking again in future .

I wudnt even give 1 star coracle coaches they should be called coracle catastrophe
Twice I’ve booked and twice its been a car crash the first time going to abba voyage no hotels were booked there until 8pm going from one hotel to the other to be told this has never happened before it’s a one off. We were given a £30 voucher so gave them the benefit of the doubt and booked our nephew a trip to man united stadium tour when they got there they couldn’t do the tour and once again no hotel rooms had been booked absolute disgrace a coach full of kids looking forward to their day as I was told the first trip it was a one off obviously not who forgets to book hotels for 2 trips. Yes they are waiting for a full refund which to all those kids doesn’t compensate for ruining their weekend. I will never book with them again absolutely disgusting.

"Week trip away on bus to France skiing"

Week trip away on bus to France skiing. 70 pupils and 7 staff. We had the most perfect experience with Coracle coaches. The staff Gwyndaff Williams and Artur Konkol were amazing, completely friendly, professional and accompanying in every sense.

The trip ran smoother than a German steam train schedule. The bud was always immaculate, the staff couldn’t do enough for us and a great time was had by all.

I am requesting the same drivers for our very trip in 2 years.

"Amazing trip to Sere Chavalier skiing…"

Amazing trip to Sere Chavalier skiing 11/04/25-18/04/25. All drivers were brilliant and couldn’t have done more for the teaching staff or the pupils. Bus was exemplary every single day and the drivers made the trip so much easier. Couldn’t ask for any more or thank any of them enough, definitely want them for the next trip! Drivers were: Peter, Gwydaf, Arthur and Darko.

"London Trip"

This was our first time using Coracle Coaches. We booked a weekend in London.

Coracle's system for pick ups and drop offs is fantastic. Both taxi drivers that we had were great and were very punctual. It makes such a difference not being stuck on a coach for hours going around multiple pick up points, which is the case with other companies and it really gives Coracle the edge.

The bus driver Tom was brilliant! He is very talented at navigating his way around London and was very accommodating. Something to be aware of is that some drivers stop in Windsor for a few hours on the way to London. This didn't happen for us (a positive), but it will reduce your time in London on day 1 quite significantly and this Windsor stop isn't advertised or put on the itinerary.

The coach was clean and comfortable. The journey was smooth with no issues. Coracle use The Sheraton Skyline Hotel Heathrow. This hotel does have it's fair share of negative reviews on Tripadvisor but ignore them. The hotel is lovely no issues whatsoever.

There were some communication issues but these did not negatively affect out trip.

If you book a London Weekend where the bus stops at the 02 on the 2nd day. I would advise you to plan ahead if you haven't booked to see a show in the O2. This is not a reflection on Coracle at all, I should have researched better prior to booking.

The O2 is based in North Greenwich. The surrounding area is not particularly pleasant. It is out of the way, and not that accessible by London standards. In Greenwich itself there is a park and a market which is supposed to be nice. It is walkable but the walk is around 45mins - 1hr and the surroundings are not pleasant (very industrial, graffiti, rubbish strewn on the side of the road). The area does look and feel rough. We started the walk and thought better of it and went back to the O2.

There are buses available, but traffic can be a huge problem on that route with major delays. Taxis were very few and far between. There are no Tube stations in Greenwich and the main Greenwich station is due to close until 2026. The overground and Jubilee line can be pretty unreliable if you wish to head back over to Central London. There is a boat, the cable car is another option. We decided to play it safe and stick around the arena to make sure we were back on the bus on time.

Around the O2 itself, there are plenty of bars and restaurants, there is a cable car and you can walk up the O2. Inside the O2 there is an outlet shopping centre where you can find some bargains and easily spend a couple of hours there. It was a life saver for us and I was surprised how many shops were open on Easter Sunday.

You can keep yourself occupied, there are ways to head back into central London if you plan ahead and keep an eye on the tube & overground situation.

Overall, we really enjoyed our experience with Coracle. It was a lovely birthday weekend and we will definitely use Coracle again.

Day trip to Drayton manor theme park. Easy pick up and drop off, Steve is very safe driver. Kept up up to date with timings and rest stops. Easy to get into the park as paper tickets were given as we left the bus. Clear communication throughout. Thanks for a great day!
