Excellent service. I had been waiting for a particular item to come in stock, but hadn't seen it available anywhere until last week. I placed the order on Tuesday and was given an expected delivery date of the following Tuesday, probably because of the Easter weekend, but it was actually delivered on the Saturday.

The sports top is comfortable and fits well however the insert sticks out too far making my daughter look enormous, so she won’t be using the insert 😡

I ordered several karate Gi's from thsi website. shipment and delivery were prompt and items were received. Here comes the bad part, the black karate Gi that I had ordered in size 180 was not there, instead there was a black Gi sized 170 which looked like it had been used and not just once, it looked like something you would donate to a clothes drive it was in such a bad condition.... I contacted the company straight away via their website for a return and replacement. As of writting this I have not heard anything back, I have tried calling them several times and no one seems to pick up the phone. Nothing. would I recommend using them, yes and no: Yes if they actually sent out the right items, No as there customer service and returns are completely abysmal

I paid over 35 euro in shipping costs for a kids karate suit and a couple of foam and rubber kids products batarang/ ninja stars etc. they were a Christmas gift for my son and I didn’t mind paying the high shipping costs until ups turned up at my door on Christmas Eve and demanded 55 euro in fees! I was absolutely stunned, I have never ever been asked for cash on delivery by a driver, and I order online frequently as does my partner, family and neighbours, nobody has ever heard of such a thing. He stood there in front of my son arguing with me and refusing to hand over the parcel. I ended up getting really upset and cursing and slamming the door. I felt physically sick afterwards. It was the most horrible possible position to put someone in with their kids around on Christmas Eve. I have been so stressed and ill recently and was even expecting to be in hospital for Christmas, I really just did not need that at my front door. The parcel has been taken away and I am going to ask for a refund as being charged over 85 euro for goods worth 90 pounds is an outrage Theft. They are only coming from the United Kingdom so there’s no excuse for it. Should be warning when ordering

The item i purchased was poorly made ,i flicked it to come out and the top bit flew of and smashed my house window , i can see the funny side of it ,but ended up 70 quid out of pocket, plus 20 odd i payed for item ,buy cheap buy twice is my advice
