Tennis racquet arrived just in time for my son’s birthday tomorrow.

I was however unable to purchase a table tennis table on your website.

I ordered the wrong thing by mistake and immediately cancelled my order and asked for a refund.. The refund took about a week which was a bit annoying but they did offer other items which could have been acceptable during that time and they did keep in touch Answering all my emails and phone calls.
I'd use them again if I needed to

"Missing bolts and screws, Inaccurate Manual instructions. Disappointed!"

I am really sorry to have to give this a 2 start, but could not rate better, based on the experience I have had so far.

The box in which my order was delivered, was taped with parcel tape, which made me suspicious that this has been opened and re-used. Box was also damaged on the corners.

When I opened the box, I went carefully through the instructions parts checklist to make sure no components were missing. To my surprise, I found that the bag of screws and nuts was already opened, ripped on the top corner and screws, bolts and nuts had scattered all over the inside of the box. I collected everything carefully and layed out on a bench. There were missing parts as follows:
- Part no (5): M8 x 110 mm partial thread hex bolt - 1 missing (had 2, should be 3)
- Part no (11): M5 x 25mm - Mushroom Head full threaded carriage bolt - 1 missing (had 0, should be 1)
- Part no (13): M6 x 20mm - Mushroom Head slotted screw - 1 missing (had 0, should be 1)

Also as I proceeded with the assembly, I was surprised to find out that the actual manual schematic drawing shows and mentions a slot on the base pole and the middle pole, parts (H) and (G) respectively, but the actual poles provided do not have a slot, but rather two holes. I think they might have changed the design and provided me with an out of date manual. (possibly)?

Overall, two days later, I find myself having to order screws and bolts online to complete the assembly of a supposedly top range and top price Basketball Hoop system. Unacceptable quality for the premium price paid. This should have been shipped with the correct manual and the correct amounts of fasteners and fittings, in a factory sealed package!!!

Overall, though, the whole product seems very robust and strong and am confident that when I get all the necessary bolts delivered, and I complete the assembly, hopefully it will provide loads of fun time for my son.

I will post another review after I have started using.

As I have not received the goods yet there is no point in a review of them.
I am extremely unhappy as I got told they were to be delivered and never arrived.I even got a specific date and time.
Still waiting and getting no where with emails and phone calls to the company.

I ordered a basketball stand for my son. I rang to check if they were delivering. I spoke with a really nice man we had a nice chat and he confirmed they had stock and could deliver to Berkshire. I got the delivery a week later with a text to inform me of their time slot. The driver respected his social distancing from me . I haven’t opened it yet But looking forward to setting it up.
