I should have checked the reviews before putting my order in.

I am happy to edit my review. I ordered a table tennis table, and some other items because it clearly states on the item delivery details that delivery date was between 4-5 Working Days.

On day 5, I wrote an email to Just-Racket, asking for delivery date estimate, I got a slightly grumpy email back from Gary, stating that delivery from purchase date is 10-21 days. I had to dig round the website to see the 10-21 days claim. The 4-5 days delivery claim is grossly misleading and should be removed from the item details on the website.

It is day 17 and still not received any estimate as to when my order is going to be delivered, nothing. As with the others, I chose Just Racket to support a local small business as I know they are hit the hardest in the current climate, what I did not anticipate is the shoddy customer service I have received so far. Calling their landline and mobile phones is a waste of time, it just goes into a full inbox.

EDIT: I eventually got my order, with every piece in place, a very heavy Dunlop table tennis table delivered by just one man. I am re-grading from 1 star to 3 star, the man was very helpful, it would've been 5 if not for my initial experience. It also seems the company has taken some of the negative reviews on here on board, my two subsequent phone calls were picked up and I was eventually given an accurate delivery date over the phone.

All would have been fine if not for the initial misleading information regarding the delivery date, and the lack of post sales support irrespective of the current covid-19 crisis.

Poor communications bordering on arrogant. Still no delivery date. Regretting ordering from Just Rackets. Ignore the 4 to 5 days delivery, look at the small print for the individual items. Ours turned out to be 10 to 21 days. Still waiting.
Please avoid this supplier until it ups it customer service.

I ordered basketball backboard, hoop and bracket

Bracket was not delivered even though it clearly said on web site that it is in stock.

Parts that arrived are useless without bracket.

"Terrible customer service"

I ordered from this set up because they were a smaller business and required trade to continue. However the reason this is a small business is because they have no customer service skill. I was informed the table tennis table was 5-7 day delivery and after 21 days gave them a polite nudge in which I was informed it’s now 7-14 days . I said this is a big difference from what was stated at the time of order. Even at this stage Gary has not sent me any communication regards the situation of the order. All communication had been one sided. Eventually we are now at week 4 and instructed a full refund is required and I will be report this company to PayPal for their in ability to provide a service. All I get is excuses and no communication. It’s the delivery company’s fault it’s that it’s this.

I will never even allow them to creep into my thoughts for any further racket sports requirements because they are a shambolic set up.

As yet I am still to receive confirmation if the alternate item I selected has been processed and sent out for delivery.
