"Item not delivered and cant get hold of customer service for refund"

its been 16days since i paid for my table tennis table but still not delivered, despite promises that it would be delivered last weekend, i was told item arived to the UK since the 3rd and would recieve it by 5th. today is 9th. the most frustrating thing is i cant get hold of anybody, my email complaining about status of item has not been responded to.

several calls have not been answered or returned. i really hate giving negative feedback but this company has taken poor service to a different. i cant even speak to anybody to get my refund
