We have had powered electric gates (NICE - with underground motors) from WCG for 7 years now, and as a product, they have been superb. WCG have provided annual maintenance and support as required, but as with many companies, struggled with staffing during lockdown. Currently, they have recruited some very good technical repair/maintenance staff.
Recently, I had the pleasure of a breakdown visit from Josh, who was great to deal with and is a credit to the company. His cheerful manner and expertise was very welcome on a miserable Friday afternoon in November - thank you Josh.
