I made an order on the December 5 and I have not got anything yet and it’s bout to be a month and still no order in

They say they ship within 1-3 business days, so why does it take over 2 weeks before you get a tracking number? Parcel ordered on 10th December, carrier didn’t receive until 29th December how is that shipped in 1-3 days? Then took another 2 days before leaving Shanghai. Totally false advertising and have no idea where items are? Will never order from them again. Am looking at contacting PayPal for refund.

"Update: more SCAM"

Scam update: after getting PayPal involved they finally sent a product 6 weeks later but it was so not what was represented on the website. We ordered a 12 inch plushie, got a mini 7 inch plushie. And meanwhile, they revamped the website, offered 1-3 day shipping (it took 6 weeks), changed the size of the item -which didn’t even that did not match what I was sent. The website now even offers refunds but trust me, they won’t do it. I’ve tried. When I complained about the size discrepancy They told me to “stretch it out” when measuring it. 🙄I escalated it back to paypal and am hoping for a refund thru PayPal.

SCAM. Never received Among Us Plushie. It has been 1month now. I repeatedly have emailed and requested refund-the response is always “wait, it is coming”. The phone number is a Text me Now number. Not even legit. Don’t waste your money.

Just would like to say my order finally arrived from Nasmas. I located in Australia and ordered 3 jumpers for Christmas. I got sucked in with the fast delivery time but of course that was just a lure in. Around the 20th of December I started sending emails because the tracking number what they provided with Yanwen didn’t work. They assured me my parcel was send and I will get it. Just told them that I will contact PayPal to get my money back after I found the terrible reviews here that nobody gets their delivery. But for my biggest surprise I had it delivered yesterday ! 31st of December!! I will only give 3 stars because of the deception and the quality of the jumper is a bit flimsy. However the print and the look is awesome my daughters love it. S for 9 years old M for 12 years old and XL for me ( I am 175cm tall athletic build)

"Finally here!!!"

Hi! I'm hoping this review might help some because I too was getting a little worried that this company was a scam and I was out money. We had placed our order for "Among Us" plushies (all of the colors), as well as an LED lamp, on November 28th. We received an "order of confirmation" email that same day and received another email on December 3rd informing us of shipment. Needless to say, the package didn't arrive in the time frame stated. However, we finally received them TODAY, December 31st!!! I was a little upset/disappointed my kiddo couldn't open these on Christmas. But, the look on his face when he got these, made all the waiting worth it 😊 The product itself is good quality and in great condition, considering how far it came from! I wish I could attach pictures for everyone to view but unfortunately, the site isn't allowing me to copy & paste or attach in a different manner. I hope that everyone that ordered items gets them very soon! Happy holidays!

Item took 1 month and 1 day to be delivered (the delivery window they'll give you is a joke so is their tracking). Item is smaller than advertised but at this point I just want to forget about nasmas. 1 star simply because even though not as advertised it's still cute and did (FINALLY) come. I would not shop from this site again.

SHAME ON YOU! That is me yelling at you for false promises and me yelling at myself for falling for it. Trying to find a gift that was extra special for my Grandson that just lost his Dad and spent all the money I had for him on something that did not come . Had to borrow to try and get him another little something. If you are going to use Christmas as a way to sell a lot of merchandise try to be what Christmas actually means. Love to others and Peace on Earth. Kind of hard to follow dealing with you people.
