"This website and business is garbage"

This website and business is garbage. I ordered a plushie and stickers mid December for Christmas for my kid. The website states 1 to 3 days. It is now January 11th and still nothing after multiple emails basically telling me I don't know how to read I demanded my money back. At this point I have no product or refund. Can anyone on here tell me how to get something done about this? T.i.a.

I'm writing to update my review I placed a couple weeks ago. Still giving a 1 star as to my experience with them.
I ordered a Chonky Seal for Christmas on December 5 because like everyone else, it said 1-3 days free shipping.
I just now received the seal yesterday, Jan. 10. So it took over a month. It was a lot smaller than the"huge" size I ordered.
I emailed a few times when I had not received the item after a few weeks, and then I opened a claim with PayPal. Only after I opened a claim, did the tracking change. It had been stuck on the moving since it shipped.
Buyer beware, items are not represented as stated, and the merchandise is coming from overseas, not Wyoming as the company states.
I can't say for sure if it would have arrived if I didn't file a claim.
If you still decide to order from them, you take your chances and make sure you either use a credit card or PayPal, so you will be able to dispute the charges if you don't receive what you paid for.
I still would not recommend ordering from this company, and they have now changed their name on the website to Tysica.

"Order never received"

I placed an order back on December 12th and it is still not shipped.. it is now January 11th! I have e-mailed customer service 3 times and left a phone message 2 times and have yet to receive a reply. I would not recommend purchasing through this company.

"Buyer Beware—Fraudulent Website"

Every negative review on here is true. When I was deciding on whether to purchase from this site after seeing it come up on my Google search for Among Us plushies, I thought that this was a credible company because my initial search showed positive reviews. But these latest negative reviews confirm that my negative experience is not just a one off.
Things to know about this company:
-Products ship from China
-No tracking number given until I threatened to file a complaint with the FTC for fraud
-After that, I was sent an email with a tracking number that showed the products are being shipped from China. There’s nothing on the website that says products are being shipped from China.
-The claim of Express Shipping is not true. My order was shipped after three weeks of emailing.
-The website lists a Wyoming address and phone number as a contact. No one picks up the phone. It keeps ringing.
-Unprofessional customer service. The email responses had bad grammar and unprofessional tone, which in my opinion, damages the credibility of this company.
-I ordered the plushies on 11/28/20. They arrived in the US at 12/26/20.
-Edit to add that this company has changed its name to TYSICA so I’m hoping that this review will be found so that potential buyers become aware of this scam.

I bought 3 plushies on NOVEMBER 30TH and I still haven't gotten them- I contacted them about this and was their reply- 'This is because your local post has cut-off and we can't push through with it but we are trying our best to contact and update them with the deliveries.' Which is untrue nd makes no sense - The Irish post system has not been cut off??

I must add that they have now changed the name of their site to TYSICA so that potential buyers cannot find these reviews.
Such a joke - I understand it takes time if an item comes from China but not 6 weeks. BEWARE.

Update- got my items today and theyre good quality but still late(nearly 7 weeks) , I will not be ordering again.

Still waiting on my items for my daughter’s Christmas present. Obviously she is upset. I have tried to contact the company for a refund but have not been able to receive a
Response. Horrible company and Horrible experience. I don’t know where else to blast about this disgusting company but if someone tells me something I will.

I ordered on Dec 14 and just got the item today. I'm very disappointed. The Among Us plushie is not as pictured. It's light yellow instead of bright yellow. The hoodies' material are very thin. They claim to be the registered distributor for innersloth but it feels like a false claim. The item took really long to get here because they ship it from China. I don't recommend buying from them.

Online the advertisement states, ‘free
1-3 days shipping’. They do not make it clear that it takes a great deal longer than that to get it. I ordered it Dec. 18th and I am still waiting on it. I attempted to call the number listed more than once since it got ordered and only get a message stating, “ The subscriber (I) am trying to reach is unable to take (my) call.” I wrote a message to the only email address that was listed. I got a message back eventually where I was told that shipping is different than sending and it should take 1-2 weeks. It has now been 22 days. No sweater.

Sizes are wrong. I ordered 6 matching hoodies. All 2x. Only 2 actually wear that size others would wear lg or x lg. 2x does not even fit teen that nmlly wears lg.
