I ordered 25cm large Among us teddies early December, they arrived in the new year, however they were small teddies, they tried fobbing me off, asking for proof etc, once they received everything, they stopped replying.
Thankfully I purchased the teddies through PayPal, I’ve raised a case, returned the items at a cost.
Do not order, definitely not worth the hassle!!!

Today Feb 1, 2021 and I still didnt receive the order I placed on Dec 22 (which I was told would arrive after Christmas, I was okay with that), but please.........this is over a month later!!!!!! needless to say that the only processed my order on Jan 18 - scammers, bit fat liars

Purchased a couple of hoodies on January 6 2021. Still have not received. Called their phone and it's out of service. Have been tracking order and it was stuck in transit since 1/14/21. Today tracking number not found. Thinking company is scamming.

The worst experience ever!
They advertise they will ship in 2-3 days, but it has been almost 2 months I ordered an item and nothing yet. And when I send emails to get a refund, they keep saying it is on its way.
Do not waste time buying here.

"Nasmas Shipped my Order!"

Nasmas was responsive to all of my inquiries, and provided tracking information for my package. I ordered 3 plushes at a buy 2 get 1 free offer. I ordered them in December and requested 3 days shipping, but was not made aware that the plushes would be shipping form China first. The tracking information provided kept me informed of when they would arrive. And although it took 5 weeks, the order arrived this week.

And the Plushes were exactly as described! 12" tall Among Us figures which is twice the size of all other sellers that I have seen.

Despite the extended mail time, I can say that Nasmas is a real company with real customer service, and the package that I received had a return address based in Redmond, CA. I am pleased with their service and their products. I will likely buy from them again!

"Very misleading company"

Very misleading company. Says US based company but in my opinion just a front for goods shipped out of China. Has phone number that always goes to vmail. Company address when googled comes up with a Hotel. Says goods ship in 2-3 days (misleading) but don't tell you that shipping only means sent out. Then you have to wait a month or more to get order "delivered". Should state this upfront right next to "orders ship in 2-3 days", not buried further back on website. Once I recieved the hoodies I ordered I found the quality to be beyond poor. These are very thin and would not last my grandkids a month. The material seems almost fragile. I would seriously think twice before buying from this company. You will regret it!!
