"This website is a huge scam"
This website is a huge scam! I thought I was ordering from Jen Ellis, the lady that makes the “Bernie Sanders gloves”. I initially emailed Nasmas when I did not receive a tracking number for my items after a month of order placement. The response I received was, “sorry for the delay, we’re working on it”. My correspondence with this company continued for two and a half months after my order was placed! I sent over 12 emails to this company. Thinking it was Jen Ellis’ company, I wrote her a nasty email. That’s when Jen’s company explained that they are in no way affiliated with this company. Jen Ellis’ representative explained this company had scammed me and they (Nasmas) were being investigated by the Better Business Bureau. I immediately contacted the BBB to file a complaint. I also made my bank aware of this company, just in case Nasmas tried to access my account. I contacted PayPal because I used PayPal to place this order. I finally got a refund after two and a half months of dealing with this slimy, no good, company.

Bought PS5 plates from them; said they’d be delivered by end of Feb but still not here. Their customer service is not very good at communicating, and don’t answer any questions properly. Don’t buy

"Found out a little too late…"
Found out a little too late that they were selling fraudulent merchandise and never giving tracking numbers for items. Became suspicious when I noticed errors in their emails with no punctuation etc and run on sentences . After reading reviews I see that this is a pattern. Buyer beware.

After I paid, the tracking information disappeared, then the actual website for Jen Ellis disappeared. This is a scam. They need to be shut down and prosecuted. Stick to eBay and Amazon where you have purchase protection from these con artists.

Company is a nightmare to deal with. The website states it takes 1-2 weeks for delivery but it took over a month to receive my order. This is probably because they ship from China, which isn’t mentioned anywhere on their website. All of their contact info is from the states but they don’t answer any of the phones and don’t return phone calls.

Do Not buy from these folks. Waiting months for mittens and keep getting excuses on shipping delays . Opened a complaint/dispute with my CC company. Liars an thieves .

This company is a beard for fraud and stealing from buyers. I had the same experience as others~ made a purchase, was never issued a tracking number, was given a bevy of excuses as to why (including computer glitches and claiming their company offers only intermittent shipping updates because their system only updates 'occasionally'), never received the items, they use deceptive phraseology re shipping and delivery promises, AND they LIED about being partnered with Jennifer Ellis (who made the gloves Bernie Sanders wore at the Biden inauguration). They've stolen her identity, are deceiving people and stealing their money. I hope she sues them! Again, this is a fraud/scam company~ I reported them to BBB, Apple Pay, PayPal, your credit card company, FCC, State attorney General, etc. Save yourself the pain~ purchases elsewhere. Good luck!

"If i could give zero stars i would"
If i could give zero stars i would. I placed an order for 2 Among Us plushies in NOVEMBER and still haven't received them, after multiple emails of asking where they were. I was told i would not be issued a refund due to them already shipping. Now when i go to look at tracking the entire webpage has disappeared. This is a worthless and terrible company. Shame on you.

This website is a fraud and I've opened a dispute with my bank, I ordered something over a week ago and nothing then go and check the status on their website and it's completely disappeared off of the internet and the links for your order in the email send you elsewhere to a website not even related to the one you ordered from.

"I won! I got a refund!!!"
I ordered the Bernie Mittens on Jan. 28 and was promised 1-3 days delivery. When I hadn't received anything by Feb. 10, I requested a refund as something smelled fishy. One part of their site showed the order had shipped (but no tracking) another part showed that I would be notified once it ships. ?? I emailed them numerous times and they finally just kept sending an automated email response. I demanded a refund and nada. So I contacted Apple Pay and notified them of the issue. I was issued a credit for $24.95 immediately while they began an investigation. Less than 24 hours later I was notified that my dispute had been resolved in my favor and the seller had been charged back.
Go after them! Don't let them get away with this ripoff! Contact your credit card company with the details and chances are high you'll be victorious.
