Item was not as described and in fact I believe to be a fake - they wanted a photo of what they’d sent 🤷‍♀️ I brought about a claim through PayPal who refunded the £12.95 p and p or I wouldn’t have bothered to return it to Nasmas based United Emirates - still ha met received a refund even though I gave a tracking order - I would definitely avoid buying from!

I placed an order on 12/04/20 and ad said it would "ship in 3 to 5 days", so I assumed I'd have it as a Hanukah gift. Didn't arrive, so them I started sending emails and tracking items and realized I had been tricked into thinking it would be delivered not shipped within that time. I finally received it on 1/21, over 45 days after Hanukah and Christmas - which they claimed for sure I'd receive it by. Tracking is not real. I will never order any gift that needs to be delivered by a certain date again from this company.

"Two months since my order was placed…"

Two months since my order was placed and still no delivery. Their support indicated 2-3 days from order until shipment then 2-3 weeks for delivery. It has been 5 weeks past that at this point.
Not sure if this is a scam or just an incredibly slow delivery

I had the same experience as everyone else. I ordered over a month ago having been lured in by the 1-3 day shipping, and my package is in limbo and USPS can’t track it. I was told I can’t be refunded and to just wait for delivery, which I don’t expect will ever come. These people are crooks or incredibly incompetent, or both.

"No stars! Worst company to order from"

No stars! I decided to take a chance and order from them. Total lies. Same experience as others with shipping saying 1-3 days and now it’s been a month and nothing has come. USPS says they’ve never even received package to start tracking yet they say it’s shipped. Total deception from a company not worth ordering from. They need to be shut down. I will be putting a complaint with the BBB as should everyone else.

VERY DISAPPOINTED - It took 42 days to receive my order (Among Us Plush), and got the wrong size. Most of people left bad reviews, and I totally agree with them.

SUPER SLOW SHIPPING (42 DAYS)*****
NASMAS displayed the phrases, "Free Express Shipping" and "Free 1-3 Day Shipping on All Orders" on their homepage; however, it took *42 DAYS* to get my order delivered. I ordered an Among Us Plush on 12/7, and it arrived on 1/18. ( It came from China.)

INCORRECT PRODUCT INFO******
NASMAS displayed the following info on their Among Us Plush product page:

"OUR GUARANTEE - Orders after 13 November will have a larger size of 25cm (9.8 inch), and before will have 10cm."

According to the info, they were supposed to send me a 25cm (9.8 inches) plush; however, I received a 20cm (8 inches) plush. It's 5cm smaller than what they described and looks much smaller than the picture on the homepage.

I checked NASMAS homepage today, and the inaccurate info described above is still there! I also found out they changed the name from NASMAS to TYSICA. I recommend everyone to order from Amazon or other trustable companies.

So sad, never again will I order from this company. I knew it would take a while but this is just sad. My daughter is asking for her items and I don't know what to say. Never again

Their customer service I will rate them 10/10 as they are friendly and prompt when you email them but shipping is VERY BAD as it took whole month before I received my parcel. Quality of the plushies are good but the jacket is as in NOT WORTH the money I spend. The quality is worst than what you buy from the $2 shop and for $36 you can get a better quality from the market and spend less money. I was not happy with the jacket but they don't have a policy that you can return if your not satisfied only if its damaged. And you think they are American company you expect more , China company can give you better quality with the cost. I am not very happy but its my lost so to all the shoppers dont buy clothes from them its RUBBISH
