"My order arrived!!"

Placed an order 10th of December for 2 Among us plushies and a sweatshirt! The order actually arrived yesterday 8th of January.. the 25cm plushies are more 20cm and not very good quality! The sweatshirt is made of very thin brushed nylon. The transfer on the front has been put on upside down!! I have emailed them with a picture of the sweatshirt but as of yet theres been no answer!... They say they are based in the US but i believe they are in China. £40 down the drain... all that time waiting for items that I wouldn't pay 50p for in a jumble sale!

"SCAM!!!"

Ordered Dec 16. Website said free 1-3 days shipping and most items would ship within 24 hours. Shipping then changed from Dec 24th to Jan 6th. Tracking information has not been updated in 2 weeks. Phone calls to the company are going unanswered. Emails are going unanswered. It is past the 6th and no product, no update. Have sent 3 emails requesting to cancel my order and refund my money. Nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Complete scam!

I ordered this on December 5th as a Christmas present. I felt like they would never come and I truly believe I had been scammed. Checked the mail today and I received every bit of what I ordered. Great condition my kids love this plushies. Definitely worth the wait to see them absolutely love them!

"I ordered 2 items from them on 12/13/20…"

I ordered 2 items from them on 12/13/20 that have never arrived despite being assured in writing of 3 day shipping and guaranteed it would arrive by 1/2/21. They have now sent me 3 messages claiming my items have been shipped through 3 different shipping companies (Yanwen, UPS, and USPS), yet the tracking numbers don't exist on any of the 3 shipping site. It is obvious my items have never even been shipped. However, they have refused 3 times now to refund my money and are telling me they have no way to refund it. BUYER BEWARE! I filed a complaint on them through the BBB and I filed a dispute of the purchase through Paypal.

Products are shipped from China which I didn’t know because the site made it look like it was in the US so it took a whole month for my order to arrive. I ordered the among us plushie and it was really tiny, doesn’t look at all like in the photos.

"Slow shipping, but Good quality for the price"

I’m not paid by Nasmas nor affiliated in any way and I initially came to this place because I wasn’t able to track my order that I placed at the beginning on December. Needless to say, the 3 Among Us sweaters I ordered for my kids did not arrive in time for Christmas 2020, but neither did many other parcels from friends and families.
Today, January 06, I received the 3 sweaters in the mail. My kids were overjoyed even though Christmas is long gone, but it’s like an extended Christmas. The sweaters are all well worth the price, the reason I gave it only 4stars is that the tracking was not clear and traceable. That being said, knowing what timeline to expect now, I would definitely order from this company again for the price and what you get.

I only gave it 1 star cause you can’t give less. This company is 100% a scam company!!!! They take your money and send no product. They actually have “something” shipped so it looks like they sent you something, but it’s really shipped to a P.O. Box they own. Once they scam you they will not answer a single email regarding your order. They basically take your money and run. It is illegal to take money and not provide a service or product. They need to be stopped!

"Poor experience with this company"

Poor experience with this company so buyer beware. Ordered two hoodies, they charged me for both but only sent one. Then was supposed to get a free third hoodie which was a promotion they were running and a representative named Ryan denied there was such a promo at the time I placed my order. Thankfully, I took a screen shot to prove they were lying. They stopped responding to my emails and thus had to initiate a claim with my credit card company. BEWARE!

"Horrible communication"

Horrible communication. I ordered my among us plushies on the 2nd under the impression that with their 1-3 day shipping that I would receive them before Christmas. Did NOT happen, I JUST received them today Jan 6th. They ARE NOT what I ordered. I was expecting a 9 inch among us plushie, they are 6-7 depending on which ones I measure and horrible quality. I also only received 2 of them with squeakers out of the 6. They also look nothing like the photo. I am extremely disappointed.

I wouldn't recommend.

I placed my order at December 3th, 4 among us plushies. Nothing arrived jet. I contacted to the support several time. They could give me no relevant answer “just wait”. The order status hasn’t been updated since December 9. It’s January 6th, still nothing. They don’t even answer to the e-mails. I’m smelling scam here. Not recommended...
