"I ordered the Bernie mittens on 2/3"

I ordered the Bernie mittens on 2/3. I was tracking and now the store has closed. I just lost my money. They are pigs and liars.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! Ordered 2 items Jan 30th and at checkout it said 1-3 days for the item to ship. It's now 30 days later and nothing. Dishonest business.

I finally received today, 3 months after my original order and after a paypal dispute. Among us plushies look nice but I still would never recommend this seller.

Only giving 1 star because I can’t write review with ZERO!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! This is a scam!!!!! Not only the items take FOREVER, when u finally receive it it’s super poor quality. Got my son the among us sweaters and it’s terrible wish has better quality. When I tried contacting them for a refund maybe after 3-4 email someone reached out with “due to COVID” we’re not gonna taking any items back and won’t refund my money…. Avoid ur self the headache, ur better off with the sweat shop from the mall..

Will take your money as soon as you order and then send nothing! Please don't frustrate yourself and find what you need somewhere else. Ordered two months ago, not shipped, not delivered, no active phone to call, no answer to emails. Thank God that my bank refunded my money after I asked for a charge-back. Ended up replacing my debit card and passwords to the bank because they were concerned that my identity could be compromised. If you still insist on ordering from them I have a bridge for sale you may be interested in...

12/19/20 I order a sweater for my daughter, today is 02/15/21 and I haven't recieved anything, not even my money back.. what a waste I NEED my money back.. I work hard to earn my cash !!!!!!

I ordered a hoodie for a Christmas gift for a child that loves your product; I ordered 12/20 today is 02/14 according to the website it was delivered, it definitely was not. Cannot get any one to help me,,,, however money was taken out of my account immediately, I would not recommend nor buy from again

Really bad! Bought a hoodie which took ages to arrive and when it did it was really poor quality. They did not respond to my emails until I raised a claim with PayPal & then only to ask for pictures! I now have to return the hoodie to UAE address at my expense in order to get a refund. Total rubbish company and beyond poor customer service. AVOID!

I ordered from Nasmas Dec. 10, received my order Jan 20. My order was damaged. I tried to get a refund and they refused, saying they didn’t issue refunds 14 days after they delivered, which they say they did on Dec 20. If you got their policy page, you’ll note that they say they will refund items 14 days after the item is RECEIVED. I sent a message pointing that out and they never got back to me.
