The young men who delivered my items came on time and like the transport manager went above and beyond to build and place the furniture exactly where I required and throughout their attitude was positive and affirming. We know from past experience that Smiths (the rink) could deliver quality products and good service. so When we were looking to replace our old carpets we decided to return them. We found the service and advice we received excellent. When the time arrive for fitting. The fitters were prompt, friendly and efficient. Working none stop over the two days. They made an excellent job of fitting the new carpets, removing the old carpets and leaving the rooms nice and tidy. We highly recommend them.

The salesman Malcolm was brilliant. We went in for a certain chair and was half way through ordering it when my wife saw one that she preferred. He moved the chairs next to each other so we could compare them. Seeing them next to each other made our decision easy, (the second one).
