Excellent experience in part exchanging my car. I have been buying cars from Car Giant for more than 15 years and part exchanging every 3-4 years, their used cars have never given me any trouble. Last time a couple of years back I had to wait for 3 hours and things were pretty chaotic and slow, but today I noticed that all staff were proactive and helpful and the whole process was seamless with hardly any waiting. Arian Cani was a delight in explaining the features of the car I bought and very helpful.
