Great fast service from the moment we walked through the gates. Good choice of cars. Went in narrowed search down to 5 cars, when in 2 and made decision. 3 hours in total and we were driving away in the new car.

Not enough staff, not clear information given, important questions not asked to clients and very pushy. Rude and not helpful. Give up on you if you seem a little uninterested and move onto other people. Long waiting times.

"Very Disappointing After-Sales Experience – Beware!"

I purchased my car from Cargiant and thought I was getting a great deal, but my experience over the first 2000 miles has been extremely frustrating. Shortly after my purchase, I discovered that the air conditioning system wasn’t working. What’s even more disappointing is that I later found out the showroom was aware of this issue right from the start.

Despite bringing this matter to their attention, the after-sales team has shown little to no interest in fixing the problem. It’s baffling and frankly unacceptable that a car, barely driven, would develop such a glaring fault—especially when it could impact your comfort and overall satisfaction with your purchase.

I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from Cargiant to perform a thorough check of the vehicle beforehand. My experience has taught me that trust is hard to earn and, in this case, is quickly lost. If you decide to go with Cargiant, make sure you inspect every detail of your new car and confirm that all essential components, like the AC, are in perfect working order.

Overall, the lack of accountability in their after-sales service has left me deeply disappointed. This is not just about a faulty air conditioner; it reflects a broader issue of customer care that every buyer should be aware of. For those who value reliability and proper support, think twice before buying from them.
