I have NEVER encounter a company who is selling baby safety products be less concerned with the safety of a baby.
I bought a Doona X from here for £700 - this was used for barely 3 weeks and it broke, the company took 2-3 days firstly to respond to any emails. They excepted me to be without any kind of safe transportation for my baby and without a car chair for over a week while they sent it off to be repaired. Im not sure about you, but i dont want my 4 week old baby being in a 'repaired' car chair.
Customer servicer is non existent, I would NEVER ever order form this company again.
Absolutely disgusting behavior and attitudes towards child safety.
If this was a proper company like John Lewis they would have rectified the situation immediately, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!

"Poor Customer Service "
Very poor communication and customer service.
We saw a pushchair on their website that was “pre-order” and stated the item would come in stock on 21st October. I ordered on 23rd October and contacted them to ask when to expect stock as the pre-order date was in the past, I was advised 2-3 days.
I have messaged David several times now asking for updates and each time I’m told the order will arrive on a certain date. That date changes every time I contact them and I’ve been expecting delivery three times now to be told they have oversold stock so still don’t have any to send to me. The item they have oversold is still showing as available for pre-order on their website and not as sold out so there will be more people who will experience these delays. Not once have they contacted me to inform me of delays I’m only made aware when I chase them.
Very disappointing service and I will not be using them again.
Still waiting for my item to be delivered.

The service was great and efficient. Having read other reviews, I was worried about whether the item would be in stock, so I emailed and had a very prompt response to confirm the item was available. I placed the order one evening and it was dispatched the next day - great service!
