I fell in love with a couch in the Limerick Casey’s store when the massive clearance sale was on. There was a couple of scuffs on the leather which only added to the weathered look I was going for. I was delighted with the reduction and so chose the couch. Absolutely thrilled with it. Recently I discovered one of the legs had collapsed. I rang Casey’s on the off chance it was still under warranty and it was. They sent Niall Hanley out to me ASAP who fixed the couch in record time and was an absolute pleasure to talk to. He checked the rest of the couch for damages he could fix but none were present. He also recommended a leather care product. Eternally grateful. Thanks again Niall!

We were not kept informed about the long delay in the delivery of the table that we purchased. We were aware that there would be a delay and we accepted that, however we did not ever receive an update.

Ger in store and Julia in delivery department could not have been more helpful. The delivery had to be delayed several times as purchase of my house was protracted. Nothing was a problem to either of them.

We were undecided what we wanted, but had an idea. The customer service we received from Brian helped us make our decision. Brian gave us great advice which helped the decision making. I would also like to add we bought lots of furniture from Caseys in the past, the quality seems to out last furniture we buy elsewhere. We don't buy often, when we do it now is Caseys all the way.

"Customer service is awful "

Customer service awful. We ordered an (expensive) table and chairs from Casey’s, with the impression this was a very reputable company. 7 months after ordering our table Casey’s had to come twice to our house to attempt to assemble the table with no avail (it was warped). They gave us a loan table that was chipped on all sides and had a huge stain on the top (moisture stain). We still have this table while waiting for ours to be delivered. Customer service team say it’s not their policy to give anything off for our troubles. They also haven’t apologised for any of the hassle it has caused and still won’t give us a timeline for when we’ll have our table - just hoping it wouldn’t take another 7 months! I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone looking to get furniture quickly!
