Excellent staff, Beautiful furniture and a Wonderful shop in the centre of Cork City,

"No hastle shopping experience "

Margaret at Casey’s Limerick was always so polite and obliging when I called in to make payments off my dining table. She was also so obliging as regards delivery arrangements as my new build was not ready for first delivery date. Very pleasant experience. Delivery guys were very polite also.

Ordered a leather sofa but unfortunately it had a tear in the lower leg due to not being wrapped properly. Customer service very poor in communicating and responding.

Albeit the order taking longer than expected to arrive, I cannot recommend the service highly enough and the amazing quality of the products! Going above and beyond a special mention to Tom Cripps in the Cork branch who was very helpful throughout.

High prices for what can reasonably be described from a Europe wide perceptive as : overpriced (that said, it sadly in the top 20% around). Also, you're after customer care heavily depends on..... the add ons you purchased at the time of the sale. So along with "Over priced", we can add "'Selective' customer service", and this with middle of the road product. Well that = we (A world of Sheep) are sad people to continue to over pay FOR EVERYTHING.
