There was no rushing or pushing me into making the purchase, I was given the time to think about it and ask all the necessary questions. "Poor service all round"

Poor service all round. Nobody offered any help when I entered the store. I was picking up two new stools. Had Asked for stools to be assembled. They weren't. I was told that information was never given. Declan followed with, "I'm not doing it now. I have other orders to put together, and I'm not doing yours". He told me come back tomorrow. I had travelled 90km. It had been agreed on email, which I showed. It did not matter. No happy with that service.
