"BOOTLEG COUNTERFEITS DON’T BUY!!"

I would have given no stars if I could. This is a horrible company. They ship expired, defective, bootleg counterfeit products. I ordered 2 vapes, BOTH were expired in unsealed crumpled packaging and one wouldn’t work at all. I contacted them for a refund or replacement and even sent photos. They then requested a video like the photos weren’t enough. I sent the video and they would not do a refund, only store credit or replacement of only the one that wasn’t working, even though they were both expired. I opted for a replacement and again received an expired product in an Unsealed crumpled box that had literally exploded in the package. I took the only half way decent one to my local vape shop to see if they had them and the sales person proved to me it was a BOOTLEG COUNTERFEIT!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Getpop.com is much more reliable and way better customer service!!

When this was delivered to my house it's supposed to been signed for it wasn't signed for it was left in my mailbox and then when I did get it and got it out of the package and when I went to hit it it hissed it doesn't work

ordered twice from them and they either sent defective item or wrong item. Website does not fully describes the coils so it is easy to order the wrong items. Most importanly, you cannot return items even they are in sealed packages. They wanted a videl of defective battery that cost $10. and they want me to ship it back. at my cost. what a nonsense. will never order from them again.

I like the Glacier Grape Chew best. Has a menthol kick. Makes up for my cigs, which I quit some time ago, but I don’t wanna go back. Love the square design, stands up on my counter nicely. Great intake and outtake of the cloud. Sorry, I don’t know right terms yet! Lol!!
