"Zero customer service "

Being they customers for several years, recently I Ordered new kits to try and on the same page there was a coil showed up ( usually when I order something online anything add on related to the same product show up on the same page) so i thought coil will addition and fit new kit and ordered and paid for it. When kit arrived with coil i noticed coil its not belong to this kit, i contacted customer service first they said they don’t see it in my order, after sending all information no respond. Failed service and once you need service they don't respond. Not recommended. Service disaster

I usually only buy from provape always get my things just fine got a couple that didn't work once never got a response so I let it go wasn't much anyways but they keep going up on shipping and now went too place a big order today and they want 6.99 fee for adults so isn't worth it anymore guess I'll have too find a new place I hear ecigmafia is great and not all those fees anyone heard of them are they legit

"Some things I like some things I don't"

I really enjoy this product. I love the fact that you can't get confused which cartridge is which because each one is labeled (indica, sativa, hybrid). The only thing that I don't like and I'm not sure if mine is messed up or not is when I'm carrying it or it's in my pocket and the cartridge gets tapped it vibrates and therefore I know my battery is getting drained. I feel I can't carry in my pocket and I've got to put it back in the box to travel with me and pull it out when I want to use it. The worst part was the cartridge that came on the battery seems to be leaking. The bottom of that cartridge is very sticky and so is the battery where it sits. All in all I really enjoy this vape! Now only if they sold the cartridges separately.... It doesn't do well being carried in the pocket, it vibrates every time something hits it therefore cutting battery life. My cartridges are very sticky on the top and bottom and the vape liquid is coming out .

I have ordered several times and love the products. This order has an extra fee now of 6.99 for adults. I guess I will just go to the vape stores after this order. I was saving by ordering online,but not now.. sorry to have to go...

I have always had great experiences with this company. I love that they have all the strengths available.
