"TAL VEZ VEAN ESTA CALIFICACIÓN COMO…"

TAL VEZ VEAN ESTA CALIFICACIÓN COMO OTRA MAS Y LA VERDAD ES QUE SI ES OTRA DE MUY MALA CALIFICACIÓN....TAL VEZ NO LES IMPORTE...PERO “TANTO VA EL CANTARO A LA FUENTE QUE AL FINAL SE ROMPE”.....Esta es la peor compañia de aseguranzas de los Estados Unidos, no la recomiendo ni siquiera un poquito. En mi casi particular, mi esposa sufrió un accidente en el mes pasado de diciembre, rápidamente se llamó a la aseguranza y se reportó el incidente, aproximadamente a los 2 días fueron a recoger el carro que estaba totalmente destruido..., hasta ese momento dije wao!!!que aseguranza tan buena..., pero la verdad es que hable antes de tiempo......HASTA ESTA FECHA NO SE HAN CONTACTADO CON NOSOTROS, LLAMAMOS CADA DIA Y NO NOS CONTESTAN.....LA VERDAD QUE SUPER DESEPCIONADO DE ESTA COMPAÑIA....NO LA RECOMIENDO. TIENEN EL NÚMERO UNO PARA COBRAR SU PARTE PERO PARA CUMPLIR SU PARTE DEL CONTRATO NO SIRVEN. SERÍA BUENO QUE TODOS LOS QUE HEMOS PASADO POR ESTO LE PONGAMOS UNA DEMANDA A ESTA COMPAÑÍA ESTAFADORA, INHUMANA, POCO PROFECIONAL......

The worst thing you can do is to get this insurance, they don’t care about you. I had to pay for my car repair and I had a full cover. It’s 4 months already and they haven’t done anything or contact me.

"Infiniti Auto Insurance have the most…"

Infiniti Auto Insurance have the most unprofessional adjusters I have ever met. I made a claim on 11/21/20 and did not get a response from my adjuster after many calls and voicemail I constantly left. A month had passed so I filed a complaint to the DOI and they FINALLY responded to me just to let me know that my adjuster Alberto Chavez did not work there anymore (even though I kept asking for a new adjuster every time I called and they said that was not possible) and that was the reason why it was delayed. So I now have a new adjuster named Fabiola Toscano. My car is currently in the auto shop and they found more damage to the car and have been trying to reach out to her for the past two weeks!! I called her on Wednesday to see why they have not responded and she told me it was not her job to answer. I was very upset as my car has just been sitting in the shop and its been two months that I have not had a car and I work full time!!! I asked her for her employee # and she gave me a nasty attitude, gave me her employee #, then hung up on me. I called her at least 5 times and left a voicemail and she still did not respond. I sent her an email and she immediately replied very unprofessionally and said there phones were down. Then I asked her why didn't she email me and let me know that, it's because she doesn't care about her clients. It has been 3 days and I keep emailing her and calling her and she keeps ignoring me. I am done with this insurance company! It has been over two months and nothing has been fixed.

"I was involved in a car accident"

I was involved in a car accident. The person with infinity insurance was proven to be a fault. I haven’t heard from anyone in 2 weeks. I’ve called several times leaving voicemails and tried contacting the supervisor. They also have ignored my insurance company voicemails as well. I am not paying for damages that was caused by there client. I will be contacting a lawyer since my voicemails are going unanswered.

After I posted a review and posted on their social media the adjuster ( Melanie Thornburg ) finally responded. I will be sure to update this review if anything changes. For now, I will give this company a chance to make this right. I have never had any issues and hopefully, that will remain the same.

"LOGIN IN DIFFICULTY, SYSTEM NOT WORKING"

I have been having difficulties to conduct my payment both On the Webpage & the App itself. Everytime I attempt to log in the system claims that the "Password" or "Username" are not found and it prompted me to create a new password..I have done that step MULTIPLE TIMES and it still DOES NOT WORK..It is ridiculous I Didn'thave that Issue at all back in November... My policy will be ending soon yet how am I suppose to receive my new packet information along with my new Insurance card if I cannot even log into my damn Account... I went paperless for a reason. In addition the the Customer Service email that they tell you to reach out to IS USELESS!!!! they do not help at all!!! I need to know what are the next steps to take? Because It is obvious that this is a system error itself... This Company needs to get I.T to work As soon as possible... As of now I have no Idea what to do..Who do I reach out to???

The worst cheapest company the coverage sucks they lie then they say that is not covered just canceled my policy with them today and signed up with Farmers. Stay away from infinity

WHERE IS THE ZERO STARS OPTION??? i have an issue on my policy that i've been trying to get more information about and it seems there is NO ONE working for their customer service and their email customer.service ipacc.com IS USELESSS.. literally horrible.

"I had a car accident on November 13"

I had a car accident on November 13, 2020. Finally, after a month waiting for an answer Infinity insurance assigned an adjuster: Salomon Krenshaw, I have been calling him for 2 weeks, I have been leaving voice mails, but he never calls me back. Nobody in the claims department can’t help me, only the adjuster that never returns my calls. I know that my car is total loss, I need to find a solution. I need help, PLEASE.
