We were most impressed with Jack. Such a polite, caring individual who knew exactly what he was doing and is such a great advertisement for "Any Drainage". He understood we didn't want to pay the nearly £2,000 other companies quoted and said he was pretty certain he could do the job in stages. I phoned BDS at 8:3OAM.
The plumber arrived 13:30 , I had said it wasn't extremely urgent - and completed his work promptly, using a deWalt wet/dry Vacuum Cleaner.

Job done professionally, the plumber Jack was very polite and efficient.

He even volunteered to replace some part in my siphon assembly , and went back to his car to look for it.

Will call BDS Drainage again if needed.
