"Very poor service - unreliable"

I ordered a product from Penguin Home on 29 November 2022. It hadn't arrived on 16 December so I emailed customer service. They replied the next day to say they would look into and get back to me. Six days later and still no news. This company is unreliable, be really careful about using them.

UPDATE THREE DAYS AFTER FIRST REVIEW: I have finally received the item and it is good.

The item arrived and was not as described. It needed to be taken apart and refixed in order to work properly, which I managed to do. I had contacted the customer services but they weren't interested and stopped replying to my emails. Poor customer service. Had I not managed to fix the item I imagine that my only recourse would have been to sue these people because they wouldn't offer me a refund.
