I ordered a table and it came broken. I massaged them to get a refund and didn’t got an answer back. Very disappointing !!!!

I have received the yet so why would I get this a review link. Customer service does not exist, cannot tell me what is happening with order, keep saying they will update that day no update comes, numerous email sent still none the wise. Really not one to leave bad feedback like this but have been forced by lack of communication. Shame, company looks quite presentable but cannot process or deliver order.
