"lovely preserving pan, just the right size"

My lovely preserving pan arrived safely in a timely fashion. When advertised it looked as if a jam funnel was included - that didnt arrive. The package was OK on arrival but there was next to no packaging material and the box was rather battered so I am thinking a slightly bigger box with some packing material around the pan would hae been good. As this was a metal pan it wasn't damaged but if the contents had been more delicate this would have been a problem.

Lovely quality.. Only comment to be helpful, slightly bigger box for packaging would be good it was a tight fit and handle was poking outside box on arrival luckily it wasnt damaged would certainly buy this item again 😊

Hi, I purchased from penguin homes for the first time recently,as they had a sale.

My order was a simple set of pans and a set of frying pans... I was happy with my purchase however the larger of the two frying pans was missing and there was no packaging note ..

I contacted their customer service to be in a roundabout way told I was lieing...

I'm deeply wounded by this and thought I'd share my experience as I don't want others to be wasting there time with a company that doesn't seem to have there customers best interests at heart

No invoice or return address sent, the company's phone on website 07938777118 not possible to connect your call. Problem has been resolved.

Arrived on time but looks as if the box has been dropped. The handle has burst through the box, little packaging and the handle is now skewed. I have tried to attach the pictures taken but cannot seem to be able to attach them. Hence just 3 stars.

I have never had worse customer service in my life. The customer service agent I was dealing with regarding my order keeps continually ignoring my emails. The issue in question is the price of an item I’ve bought. They were selling on sale but when you go to click on the item to buy it on the penguin home website the offer doesn’t show up on the checkout. And I’ve purchased this item and only realised afterwards. This is misleading information and they are refusing to send me back my full refund. Please do not shop from here unless you want to be robbed.
