ABAX couldn’t be more simpler - add to the mix outstanding customer service from Jack, not only do you get looked after. You don’t have to worry about HMRC breathing down your neck when they audit your business mileage. For the cost of ABAX , it’s a no brainier for any fleet management.

I unfortunately found Abax on google after having my car stolen and wanted to prevent this happening again.
I was told it was a 12 month contract and could cancel at any point after the initial 12 months - not true! When I called after 15 months I was then advised that I had entered into a 36 month contract, I continued to pay until the end of the 36 as it was my error in not checking the T&C’s. I then had to chase on several occasions to understand my termination date and close my account to then be told I had to pay for the return of the devices. In my initial enquiry I specifically asked what would happen upon cancellation request and was advised I would either keep or dispose of the devices as that’s what I had paid for.
They do a fantastic sales pitch to get you to sign up but as soon as you have it’s all based on lies!!!

Please be aware if considering using Abax trackers!!
The Mini that was free when I got one vehicle tracker, has not been seen for 2 years! And yet they stated when the battery gets low they would automatically send the replacement out!
In the night for some reason I get an email and text telling me my Cherry picker has left the yard! An hour later it tells me it’s entered the yard!
I paid more for Abax because I didn’t want a contract!
2 years later when I tried to cancel, they told me I was under contract for 3 years!
So that 3rd year is up now, they now tell me if I don’t remove and return the tracker to them there will now be a £90 penalty!
When I started, they said pay an initial fee then the tracker is mine! Another lie!
And they now want 90 days notice to cancel!
Even after I told them a year ago I want to end the contract.
ps my contract number is 16032, so yes trust pilot this is Genuine!
Be careful fellow fleet owners!

Trackers aren’t the best , customer support not brilliant and don’t make it easy to cancel, wouldn’t recommend them to anyone .
