"Shocking"

Shocking - I ordered a really important medical item from them, was told 4 days. I chased them up 2 weeks later and I was told I would get it the following week. 4 weeks have gone by and they now ignore my emails and have not refunded my money as I requested. I have gone to my bank to get the money refunded. If you are reading this I strongly advise that you do not use them

Scammers, no delivery after almost 3 weeks, and replies to messages. Sadly will have to try get my money back via credit card company.

Avoid at all costs … seems they were legit but now just scamming people

Clearly a scam.
Ordered 5/5, emailed 16/5 as the order hadn’t been dispatched, was informed of the ‘backlog’ mentioned by many other reviews. Their email stated my order would be dispatched by 25/5 at the latest… still hasn’t been dispatched. Absolute waste of time.

"Poor service. Goods not delivered after more than 6 weeks"

Ordered spectacle wipes advertised as 2 to 5 days delivery on 7th April. My money was taken straight away from my account. 11 days later I chased AYP to say they hadn't arrived. I recieved a long winded reply about a backlog, I should expect them by the end of the following week and 'Your satisfaction is our top priority'. With no goods, I cancelled the order by email 17th May and requested a refund. To date, no further reply. 28th May, I have no goods, no refund, no update. Honestly, I wish I'd paid more and gone with a reputable supplier.

Company is a complete scam
Ordered in February and emailed 4 times getting excuses about how busy they are, now being ignored
Hundreds of other people the same, something needs doing to stop this company robbing every one

"Still waiting..."

Ordered & paid for items on May 6th. Received acknowledgement of order. Still waiting for items! No-one answers the phone. Emails get automated response but no other response. Will not use this company again though it was fine in the past.

Placed order (and paid obviously) on 16th March. Today is 28th May and I'm still waiting. At the beginning they replied to my email and contact form by giving me some excuse that they were changing computer systems and my order would be dispatched "by the end of next week"... I got told that on 3 separate weeks! Only when I started asking for a full refund did they start ignoring me. I've contacted them every way possible - email and their online contact form but I receive nothing. Absolutely nothing! I've tried to phone them numerous times but always get a recorded message saying they aren't accepting phone calls at the moment. I wonder why?!!!

If I could give this shoddy outfit a minus score I would.

Save yourself a lot of grief and go somewhere else who actually value their customers. These people apparently take your money and that's it, that's all their bothered about.

"Is this company a SCAM"

I placed an order back in February of this year(2024). I still have not received it or a refund and we are now towards the end of May.
I have tried numerous times to ring, the answer phone just says they are not taking calls. I have emailed numerous times, the first time I received a message back saying they were dealing with my issue, then the remaining times I have emailed I have had nothing. I have asked for a refund, the amount over £40.00 and still heard nothing. Whoever is running this company has my money and my goods. I now wonder where to take this issue to get some settlement from it. Certainly will NOT be using this company again.

Ordered some tablets on 4th May, get, the obligatory thanks for your purchase email, that's as far as it went. 3 weeks later, no delivery, no communication, they have no direct email or phone number, just a contact us on their app page.
I got my bank to refund my money,after i sent 8 messages to this joke of a chemist.
Read the reviews 1st, it will save you time and money

"Ordered a month ago and still no order"

Ordered a month ago and still no order. I have had to chase then several times and keep getting fobbed off, they're still advertising a couple of days for delivery despite knowing it's far from the truth. They keep saying they'll dispatch but never do. Awful, thieving company
