I had placed an order in March I have never received my tablets I have contacted them every week since March asking for my tablets or refund they send an email saying the will get them sent out or refund it’s now June and no tablets or refund.

My prescription never arrived from order in March. Cost of order circa £20.

I chased up by email and received an email explaining some issues with their warehouse. Still order. never arrived, so sent a further email and received the same automatic message about problem with their warehouse. Eventually, I was offered a refund which I accepted. This however never arrived despite numerous chasers.

I've not been able to call them as they don't publish any tel number.

My advice, go to another on-line pharmacy. These guys take your money and disappear with it.

I placed order on the 7th May 2024, the money taken from my account on the 10th May 2024.

Having written to the Director twice numerous emails,

I still have not received the order as of 4th June 2024 !!

This store is a hoax. We placed 5 orders that were never delivered. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via messages and emails, we have received no response. Additionally, there are no phone numbers listed on their website. Do not trust this store.

First time I have used AYP healthcare. I ordered bariatric vitamins at the cost of £40 in February 2024, but never received them, I sent around 20 emails asking for my money back with no hope, now it's June 2024 and I have given up realizing I was scammed 😞 if you read this before ordering then good luck

Placed an order on March 16 thinking I was saving money on my products. The items still haven't arrived. I did receive an email saying they had problems with the technology, I got in touch and said I would wait . That's over 10 weeks now and still no order or refund . I certainly won't place any further orders to this company.
