Ordered back in February & never received. Constantly chasing for a refund but no reply. Absolute scam.

"Not delivered, not refunded - disappointing"

Similar to other people, placed an order on 24th Feb, (now 5th April), chased this up and was told something went wrong with their system and they would dispatch by the end of that week, (3 weeks ago), been trying to contact multiple times and since and zero responses. Have raised a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

"I made an order over a month ago"

I made an order over a month ago, but my item still says ‘processing’. I have requested a refund since and tried to get assistance through the contact forms but I have received no answer? I don’t often write negative reviews but I’m unsure if this is a real company…

"Stay away from AYP as a consumer"

I placed an order as a consumer almost two months ago and. despite constant chasing, all I get is a generic apology saying it should be despatched in the next 2-4 days - and nothing happens.

Ordered Biofreeze on 20th February, despite various communications have received nothing. Have now requested a refund still no response.

I would give no stars if I could, they keep saying order will be dispatched by the end of the week, this has been going on since 16th of February.

"Do not use this company "

Placed an order in 13th March 2024 with delivery 3 days.
Not yet received order.
Chases them on 21st March advices new warehouse system caused backlog and expect end of week after next which could have been last Thursday (before Easter)
Still not received.
Messages them twice more and requested update and then full refund no response to either.
The new system must be a huge disaster.
Very disappointed ☹️ now 4th April not received order or reply to my last two emails. Won’t be using them again. Certainly not for my prescription items unless don’t buy from them.

Order still not received so have gained a refund from my card company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
SUCCESSFULLY RECEIVED REFUND FROM CARD COMPANY. DONT HESITATE TO DO THIS IF THIS COMPANY HAS SCAMMED YOU. ITEM NEVER RECEIVED
