Placed an order in 12th March 2024 with delivery 3 days.
Not yet received order.
Chases them on 17th March advices new warehouse system caused backlog and expect end of week after next which could have been last Thursday (before Easter)
Still not received.
Messages them twice more and requested update and then full refund no response to either.
The new system must be a huge disaster.

Cancelled majority of my order without any reason. There were messages back and forth asking the reason for the sickness and diarrhoea tablets. Which was fine. Then canceled everything apart from an ointment

Failed to deliver straightforward order despite making three false promises to do so. Eventually claimed a refund from credit card company as they failed to cancel order and ignored requests to issue a refund

Only given them one star because I can’t give them none! This company are scammers. I ordered on 22nd February and chased on 10th March when my order still hadn’t arrived. Was told there was an issue with their dispatch and my order would be with me in 3 days. Still no order by the 17th when I requested a refund, as it was obvious I wasn’t going to receive my order. No reply, no refund. I’ve asked twice since via both their online chat and their online form, and no refund and no order have been forthcoming, but they still have my money!!! Save yourself the time and hassle and order from a company who aren’t an absolute joke.

"Not received items / refund"
Items ordered 2 Feb. Still not received. Contacted them several times by email for refund. Responded to say unforseen delay. Contacted them again they again said unforseen delay but I could choose refund. I requested refund, have neither received the goods nor the refund.
It is now 3 April.
