"Unprofessional Service and Misleading Return Policy"

I ordered the “M-cap 250% density water wave 9x6 HD lace wig 26 inches” from ISEE HAIR after being drawn to their product page that promised:
• 250% density
• HD lace that melts into the skin
• A 30-day free return policy with free return shipping, including a “No Reason Return” option

However, the wig I received was nothing like what was advertised:
• The density was not 250%—it was thin and lacked volume.
• The lace was thick, grayish, and didn’t blend with my skin, contrary to the HD lace they promised.
• The cap was too tight, even though it was advertised as adjustable for 22.5 inches, and my head size is 22 inches.
• The lace closure was sparse.

I contacted ISEE HAIR within days of receiving the wig, providing detailed photos and a video clearly showing the issues. Despite their website advertising a “No Reason Return” policy, they ignored this and instead requested the same evidence multiple times, asking for duplicate photos and, bizarrely, a link to the screenshot of their own website, even though I had already provided it.

After much back-and-forth, they offered a return address but refused to provide the prepaid return label, directly contradicting their own advertised return policy, which clearly promises free return shipping.

This entire experience has been extremely frustrating. I’ve done everything as per their instructions, followed their return process, and provided more than enough proof of the issues. Yet, they’ve continuously delayed and avoided taking responsibility, even when their return policy clearly states that I’m entitled to a free return and full refund.

I strongly advise against purchasing from ISEE HAIR. Their products do not match what they advertise, and their customer service is unprofessional, making it impossible to resolve issues in a timely manner.

"The hair is very soft as usual"

The hair is very soft as usual. The curls are very defined. The shipping was seamless and quick. The arrival time was quick. My favorite part about the wig is the way you guys removed that track line and covered it with the hair to make it looks as if it's growing out of your scalp!! Perfectly!! I already tried it on so I know I will be satisfied just like all my other wigs. BUT this one and the M-Cap wig is the best of all.
Continue to make wigs effortless to apply.

"Never dissapointed"

Isee hair is a fine company for starters with wigs if you don't want to (or cant) spend that much on hair and extensions. They have quick shipping, decent quality hair and good costumer service. I only order half wigs in type 3 (kinky curly) or type 3/4 (Afro Curly) and i have been satisfied for years.

Hair does shed a lot when you detangle it and its dyed so water always 'flushes' brown or light brown. but that is to be expected and does not bother me. I would rate the hair a decent 7.5 or 8 just based off that. Their curly and afrocurly hair last up to a year maximum with proper maintainence even when you wear it daily. If i'm in a bind or my old wigs are balding there's always an afforable quick, natural looking halfwig i order here.

W Iseehair😍😍 I’m so obsessed with the packaging. Came with lashes, frontal band, extra stray for the wig, bonnet, hair tie, hair pin and wig caps. I am obsessed with this company and I would love to a brand ambassador. I will make a video once I have installed the halfwig on my head! I cannot wait 🥰
