Geld weg, nach einem Event hatte ich Probleme mit dem Login. Eine Auszahlung meines Guthabens ging nicht. Zwei mal Kontakt aufgenommen, beim zweiten mal hiess es meine Karte sei nun gekoppelt und das Auszahlen sollte nun funktionieren. Ein Tag später versuchte ich es erneut, kommt Auszahlungen sind für diesen Event abgelaufen und nicht mehr möglich. Auf mein drittes Mail wurde natürlich nicht mehr geantwortet. Null Kulanz und für mein empfinden ist dies Betrug und Bereicherung. No Go.
