Over 15 break ins this year and the centre manager won’t replace crap padlocks for a better system. Kids fell through the roof and are in intensive care a few weeks ago.. no security or safety on site.
Toilet doors have been broken for months, flickering lights and no CCTV.
Even the gutters have dropped for two years and nothings been done.
Thousands of pounds stolen and they have been taken to court by one Tennant who had been broken into twice in a month.
Don’t risk your livelihood!

Wilson Park, Manchester. Used a room for 6 weeks to deliver an ESOL course to a group of students. Room was well set out and the equipment provided was high spec. Kitchen facilities were excellent. Kevin, the Centre Manager, was very helpful and checked throughout the period of the course that we had everything we needed. All other staff were also friendly and created a warm environment. An enjoyable 6 weeks. Highly recommended.

"No feedback, no respond. Can't get back deposit"
Before, I was a tenant of London Conley Bizspace. I rent the premises from 1 Nov 2021 to 31 Jan 2023. In the last 3 three months, before I moved out, the rent increase without any notice. The payment was done by direct debit, I report the case to the office, but no one reply me. I stop the direct debit finally. And they continued to send me wrong amount bill.
I moved out from the premises at 31 Jan 2023. According to the contact, I can get back my deposit after 30 days of moving out. Today is 29 Mar 2023. I still cannot have refund. In between, I have sent email to the head office and site manager for few time. Unfortunately, nobody give me a phone call nor reply email to discuss the follow up.
In case the refund is in process, just let me. But, Bizspace is no feedback, no respond. Reply to the customer is basic job duties of site manager, However, I don't have BASIC services.
If the rating can be negative, it should be -5 stars.

"While tenants at BizSpace Wimbledon"
While tenants at BizSpace Wimbledon mice ate food and soft furnishings in our suite. The building was told, we didn't see any new traps.
Receptionist (who has now left BizSapce) was helpful, but often absent, and the front door was left wedged open for extended periods, including out of hours.
When leaving BizSpace initially asked us to pay for water damage to the ceiling which was clearly years old, we were there for 11 months.
When you serve your notice they charge £50.00 per month for 3 months after you have left for forwarding mail, they deduct it from your returned deposit without warning. There is no opt out in the contract.
