I have purchased a lot of 20 mix luxury brand clothing, however when received 17 out of the 20 was all Amazon essentials clothes Size 6xl, the other 3 brands one of them had holes all over, is such a misleading company, never buy anything from them. PLEASE AVOID

i purchased a coffe machine with of course did not work even if it looked like brand new spend anothe 100 to fix it …a jabra earbuds wich they did not work aswel,a mower for about 90 quid wich of course did not work and on top of that when i plugged it in almost exploded(sparks and smoke),they ask you to come in and have a look at products but many of auctions are just online not for viewings….and please when you bid dont set your maximum bid as it seems if no one bids they will bid just under your maximum bid so you pay more.AVOID PLEASE

YOU SHOULD TEST YOUR ELECTRICAL STUFF SO WHEN WE PLUG THEM IN WE DONT SET OUR HOMES ON FIRE…

I've purchased a few lots on John Pye, most things I have won at the auctions were brand new and had original packaging and were nice items, I also had an ex display cooker that is fully functional and currently in my own kitchen. I've had some other electrical items that have been rubbish but that is the risk you take when bidding only on photos, you can tell if an item in new or not. I understand everyone's frustration when receiving faulty goods but you do have the chance to view most items. It is a risk but you just need to really study the lots and be realistic. All items I have bought have arrived as seen in pictures. Overall very happy.

Yes they have hundreds of bad reviews and they don't care, I recommend everyone who got scammed by this professional scammer to make a video on tik tok and we can make it viral so everyone avoid these scammers... I bought 3 tvs, and they said the tvs turn on, but they don't work at all. They are totally damaged. They didn't give me proper controls for each tv... so I bought rubbish for £200... thanks, scammers. I will never buy from this place again, and I will make a viral video just so everyone knows how they scam us... they

Avoid at all cost! Misleading pictures, a proper scam, I’ve “won” a washing machine perfect at the first picture (of course the first picture was fake!!!!!!) and when I look to the other pictures it was properly damaged, like it was part of a car crash… I’ve talked to the costumer support and they didnt give a dam about my problem, costumer service ZERO, service ZERO, products ZERO! Avoid like the plague!!!!!!!!!!!
Ps: if you give a go, please check the pictures and if is something wrong dont by shy and complain to make sure this scammers are losing money.
