I've been registered for years and ordered quite a few times and I can tell that the site is clear and straightforward to use. Payments are also trouble-free. Quality is respectable so far. Deliveries are made in a quick and convenient way. Haven't had the chance to go for a viewing yet but as far as I heard everyone is so polite and helpful.

Seeling broken items,or which does not work, is a bad joke this shop,and the RRP price is all the time with 100 £ more to trick you,is more like a gambling shop." RRP is only a recommendation" i know, but why is with the highest price ,why not lower price?once again to misleading customers. And some lots you cannot view,and still you sell it non functional or broken or miss parts.

Son unos estafadores que vende falsificaciones. Ha raíz de encontrar en una misma compra 3 zapatillas falsas. Me puse a mirar los artículos que tengo. Llevo más de 20 falsificaciones contadas. No me contestan. Obviamente si no lo hacen denunciaré a la policía con los objetos y las facturas la venta de falsificaciones que es ilegal. Hice compras en Reino Unido y Zaragoza.

Rio's customer service was bang on, whilst I couldn't achieve my goal (down to my error), Rio gave me all the information I needed to ensure I had the best chance to secure the item in question.

Spent over £500 pound online on various things. The worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. Every single thing barring a cushion was faulty/unusable.

Purchased 1 lot what I received was someone else’s bid. Took over a month to resolve and get a refund for this.

Bought Another 3 electrical items. All faulty and not working. All gone in the bin £130 quid loss. Was not described as none working items and did not show images of the smashed parts. All looked close to new with original packaging. 1 of the items looked like it has been used for 20 years.

Purchased hair tools. Received something that was full of someone’s hairs. Caked in grease and fake tan. Again not shown in images or description £115

Purchased dog hair clippers £50. Photos showed like new in sealed packaging: once received opened to find the clippers only. No utensils no scissors no comb no charger/ how can I use it without those parts please.

All my purchases were close together. If I’d of seen the reviews on here prior I wouldn’t have purchased anything.

It’s true. They are literally selling faulty returned items. Not putting the info in the description or showing photos of the problems is false advertising. You are selling broken missing items to people. This has to be against the law.

If you want pot luck or being electrocuted or enjoy wasting your money please continue supporting these absolute criminals. If you think your getting a bargain, your not. You’re getting a piece of junk. Someone else’s used or returned trash.

Absolute joke this company they know exactly what their doing offering no responsibility after purchase of items that are always faulty broken missing parts even if you go see them before bidding they can’t plug anything in to test it for you never offered? Terrible it wants going on national radio and tv about this company and an investigation ruling out that they are NOT the ones bidding against you.? 😶😡🤔 think about what your doing no guarantee with anything it’s cheaper if you buy straight from the retail store WITH a guarantee. Please take this seriously people.
