"Laser printers boxed ok"

I bought two laser printers on open boxes and they look ok. The one even still had the free ink trial. They are charging too much after the hammer and VAT multiple times. Calculate that at the end you will pay at least double of the hammer price. Also, they do not combine deliveries even if the lots are in the same warehouse. Very easy and fast to collect outside Nottingham. Pictures are very few, usually bad and they never accept to add more.

Not even worth one star. Don't understand how anybody can work for this company the deceit is unbelievable. I get the guy at the top doesn't give a toss but how can employees, photograph, describe products as OK when the obviously are not! I hope he pays you well for your dishonor. I received a suitcase set with the wheels smashed off the bottom and totally unusable. No mention of this in the description and the pictures must have been staged/doctored as they didn't show any defect. MY FAULT FOR NOT ATTENDING A VIEWING. A set of ear pods I paid £45 for don't work again should have attended a viewing but even if I had would I have been allowed to open all the boxes to ensure they actually worked. Over 50 sets sold on this auction, hope everybody didn't have the same problem as me. Can only hope that what goes around comes around and the people making money so dishonestly finally get there comeuppance.

Deja mucho que desear, todos productos que ponga que puede ser que le falten piezas o que estén rotos es porque están rotos 100x100 y que también le faltan muchas piezas no alguna, nose como no les da vergüenza vender esos productos y estafar a la gente, en fin yo pienso que es un negocio de dudosa profesionalidad además tratan la mercancía con muy poco cuidado, no aconsejo comprar a nadie en ese sitio.

AVOID John Pye Auctions, they are not on par with their competitors!
The images you see online don't show any defects or damages and those that are clearly known to them are never disclosed on the descriptions. I purchsed 2 bathroom mirrors, both of which were smashed and badly damaged and had to be binned. Other auction houses, show defects and name them in descritions. These guys are misleading, stay away!! BPI Auctions are much better! Even when you go to view the items, they hide the damage as you can’t always see the items properly or outside of their packages. The internet replies to customer feedback are just for managing their reputation, read them all, you will find many people who say the same. I am surprised watch dog haven’t contacted them all ready. Don’t waste your time, effort and money on faulty and damaged goods.

Absolutely disgraceful. I understand auctions are a risk for stuff being broken or missing parts but you don’t expect the whole item to be missing. Purchased an item that was labelled at Little Tikes My real Jam Bundle, with a photo of the sealed box and nothing else. This was going to be a great little present for my children, sadly when it arrived the box was not sealed as shown in the photos and had been opened and resealed. Instead inside the box was a trampoline cover… nothing Little Tikes at all. I have brought plenty of things from auctions all across the country with nothing like this ever happening and this was my first and now last order from John Pye. Disgraceful behaviour as you have known exactly what you have done here. If anyone’s thinking of purchasing I would just pay the extra and get it from a reputable source not these bunch of con artists.

Everything sold is either damaged /faulty or missing parts which should of really stayed in the skip from which ever company picked it out of there
Unless you want to buy a two legged pot donkey a washing machine with no drum or cooker with doors missing or even a used sexy toy to sniff say we'll away.
Microwaves come with a free ready meal in closed inside but at least you get some free mushrooms from the growth
Supprized they haven't been on watch dog and hide behind there pre written answers when questioning (we offer viewings) how about listing correctly if first place
If you do decide to try you'll be disappointed
Wait for the response which is issued by them as sorry but we've had your money so not interested
