"Cobran comisiones doble y el producto termina saliendo más caro que nuevo"
No se, acabo de ganar un lote de pujas y estoy percatando que están cobrando 2 veces unos impuestos. Es decir, tu haces una puja de 100€ de un producto que cuesta en el mercado NUEVO y CON GARANTIA 290€ (por ejemplo). A la puja te sumarán el 25% de COMISION de tienda + IVA (normal, estoy de acuerdo) = TOTAL: 146€. Hasta ahí vamos bien, te tocó y ganaste la puja. Buena noticia, te llega al rato la factura a tu mail. Ahora viene la duda... Te cobran lo que mencione arriba y abajo vuelven agregar IVA y COMISIONES, mas el envio (este ultimo 100% de acuerdo): es decir, de 146€ agreguemos el envío, 24€ = 170€ (Deberia quedar hasta aqui) pero no, esto apenas es un SUBTOTAL.
CON FACTURA EN MANO ESTOY HABLANDO Y ESCRIBIENDO ESTO:
NET BUYER PREMIUM (25%): 212,15€
IVA (21%): 56,27
Total a pagar: 268,42€ por un producto que carece de garantías, no es nuevo y de dudosa procedencia y con opciones de que si funcione o no el producto. Es una completa lotería (por lo que estoy leyendo entre otros comentarios).
Mi opinión, gastar un pelin más y comprarte algo que no te producirá ningún dolor de cabeza. Voy hacer una reclamación, por suerte no he pagado aún. Pero si va hacer con estas extrañas condiciones, prefiero que me den ellos de baja, pero esta reseña de 3/5 bajará a 1/5.

Do not buy electrical goods from this site. Should have read the reviews first. Bought a coffee machine that doesn’t work. No apology or comeback. How can they be allowed to sell goods that are useless. They should be ashamed tricking people out of their hard earned money.

Terrible avoid at all costs they hide behind we give you a chance to come to our auction but that makes no sense I live in Northern Ireland. There customer service was quick but horrendous will not standover a product that’s obviously unusable I understand that you take a chance when bidding on electric items but this is a joke.. will not use again

DO NOT BUY FROM PYE . Same poor review as the numerous other poor reviews , which I should have read before buying from this " auction site " . Same pro forma responses when I informed them the product was broken , with the same apathy. They took no responsibility what so ever for selling faulty goods . I can not recommend strongly enough to steer clear of this auction site .

"Beware buying any tech items"
Having received the order, the items were faulty and broken, spent hours trying to get them to work (headphones) to no avail plus hours charging them unnecessarily as they were broken. Advert didnt state they were faulty else would never have bid. There were stacks of these listings (Jabra Elite 65T) so can't believe I am the only one to have had this issue.
No resolution to issue, Customer service advised this is the auction process and things may not work and no empathy shown whatsoever.
Now have a nice shiny box with broken headphones inside. Have learnt a valuable and costly lesson. Do not take the risk with technical items from here.

"Faulty Electrical goods"
As others have said do not buy electrical goods as they can look brand new, light up, but when purchased either don’t cook, freeze or wash. There is no come back at all and with the extra money you pay on top of your bid VAT, auction fees and delivery fees its cheaper to buy things at shops. I bought an air fryer looks brand new lit up as it should got it delivered and doesn’t cook. Nothing I can do they won’t take it back. Buyer beware. Seems like a modern day con to me.

"Broken, Damaged, Not Working and Not Getting Delivered"
Most of the items broken, damaged, not working or not getting delivered. I won an item on 10th June, item has not been sent, even i remind them several times. Finally i asked my money back and got it mid Augost after 2 months. No appology, no taking responsibility. Cant recommend.
Below my comment, you may see their copy-pass response. Thats how they respect to the customer. How frustrating bla bla bla.

I recently purchased a washing machine, thinking I'd save around £160 vs. RRP on it. The machine arrived filthy and mouldy with a broken plug, so undeterred by the venture, I cleaned it up with a washing machine fluid and installed a new plug end. On operating the machine, it made THE loudest noise like it was going to take off. I thought I'd try and salvage it so called out an engineer. Engineers advice is that a whole new drum is required and it's not worth fixing for the additional cost. All in all now, I have spent ~£315 for absolutely nothing as I received a completely broken and defective item from the off.
I did not attend site to inspect the item as I live on the South Coast and the auctions were all in the midlands. I'm sure I still have yet additional expense taking this item away to be recycled...
