She sells things that she buys from TEMU or SHEIN, she is the same as NOLA MELBOURNE AND NOLA MOON. STAY AWAY FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

"Overpriced Jewellery "

Purchased a bohemian ring for approximately £24 online and cancelled the transaction within an hour but I didn’t receive an acknowledgment and I was charged.
The cancelled order arrived which was no longer required. I contacted Helen’s Gems who were very unhelpful and did not offer a refund.
Helen stated on her Facebook advertisement that she had to sell up her business in the Cotswolds. She’s still trading and the business is based in the States!
I found the same ring for sale on Amazon for less than £3.00 and ordered it. It arrived much quicker than the ring sent from the States.
Do not use this company, they are dishonest and sell excessively overpriced jewellery. I suggest you find what you like on Helen’s website and order it on Amazon.

After receiving my purchases from Helen's Gems I wore one of the necklaces I purchased to dinner. I was stopped three times by different women to ask me "where did I get my necklace?" It's a pearl necklace on silver chain, very unique. The jewelry is creative and a fantastic value.
