I have bought quite a few night searcher products (for work and personal use) and allways found them to be excellent quality.....I purchased a Beanie X, but every time I picked it up, the torch just fell out the hat... So i returned it,asking for a exchange as i thought mine was faulty....only to be told all the beanie X do it....SO i returned it and recived a full refund within 24hrs...(no problems, and the usual excellent customer service)....... I was just very supprised they hadnt checked the quality before they went up for sale......but that wont stop me buying nightsearcher products in the future.....
