I have found consistently high quality products and amazing after sales advice and help. But mostly the products are simply exceptional quality and last. I contacted this company via there website to ask for help in obtaining a base unit for my night searcher pro 250.
Customer service was the best I could ask for, Tracy contacted her tech team to see if they could help, within 3 day they sent me a base unit so I could charge my night searcher.
Some companies would have said "sorry but we can't help" this experience has been above and beyond excellent.
I would highly recommend anyone to purchase from this company with the assurance that they really do put the customer first.
Thank you so much for all your help, I can continue using my favourite night searcher without throwing it into a landfill.

Really quick delivery. Fantastic product (I think I've got the brightest torch in the Police now)!! Really good. Cannot recommend it enough. A little more expensive than I wanted to pay, however seriously good quality and should last longer than everyone else's....
