Quick service to supply a spare battery charger for my Panther light (having lost the original charger that came with it).

"Problems with charging point"

I have a replacement Nightsearcher Explorer 1000 from Nightsearcher as the charging point on the first flashlight became loose and it would not charge.
Nightsearcher customer service were really good and found that it was under warranty and replaced it.
However the replacement has developed the same problem and the charging point is again loose and I cannot charge it.
It is a brilliant, robust flashlight but it appears that the charging point has some issues and may need an upgrade.
My current flashlight is from December 2020.
Nightsearcher replied immediately to my problem and have offered to repair/replace my faulty flashlight.

The battery arrived in good time, but with no usb charger.
I contacted the company snd got an autoresponce saying theyll be in touch in 24hrs, ( this was friday so was expecting a reply Monday) monday has wellgone and stillno responce.
