Some one had clocked up 80 miles in my car over the weekend .What they did was criminal .
This company is disgusting !

Airport Parking Essentials (Booking Agent) - Subcontracted to One Stop Parking:-
An extremely bad experience with rude staff.
When we arrived at the airport we had to wait 35 minutes for someone to arrive and pick up the car. That was just the start.
On the return, we landed at 4:50pm and phoned One Stop Parking at 5:46pm when we had collected our luggage.
On the first phone call we were told to wait in the terminal and wait for a call back. After a quick coffee we proceeded to the level 4 meet and greet service area.
Every time we phoned One Stop Parking they either put the phone down or said the car would be their in 15 minutes. In total we rang them over 60 times - make sure your mobile is charged.
At 10:30pm (after waiting five hours with two young children) we decided to take a taxi home at the expense of £120. The car never turned up at terminal 5 that night.
Next day I contacted Airport Parking Essentials - who I booked the parking with. Customer Services - No e-mail response and phone calls would go through to a voicemail that was completely full.
Contacted One Stop Parking - after initially being told they would get my car back to my home, the manager came on the line and told me if I wanted my car back I would need to come to Heathrow - no alternatives.
I then told them to pay compensation for my £120 taxi bill - They responded with the answer of 'this was not authorised and if you do not stop complaining I will put the phone down and block your number'.
I did contact the police but they were not interested !!
After reading other reviews I was beginning to be concerned about whether I would get my car back.
I did go back to Heathrow the following evening - they dropped the car off in the departures customer drop off area rather than the meet and greet area - There is a risk of £40 fine for this !!!
Please do not use this company !!!
Trading Standards should stop this company trading.
I am now going to contest the credit card payment for this meet and greet booking with my credit card company.

I almost missed my flight from Heathrow to Doha because I had to wait for my car to be collected for more than 50min.
Return was something else, we have landed and as per instructions called to the office after luggage collection. I'm not exaggerating but it took 47 calls and sitting in multi-storey carpark with two kids after 19h flight for 2h 26 minutes to get my car back. Tried to contact office but no luck and no apology. I have sent emails but haven't received response since.

Although the service was fine, I got back to my car and found that all my parking change had been taken (literally, every penny) from the car. Not going to use them again.

Check out flypark plus and airport parking essentials think they are connected both as bad and dodgy as each other please read reviews on here not everyone can be wrong AVOiD at all cost bunch of cowboys I have looked into them and all is not what it should be

"One star is too much - Damaged Car - Dishonest"
One star is too much! Returned from my holiday and called for the car as per the instructions. Waited for 40 minutes even though I was told they were 3 minutes away when I called.
When my car arrived there was damage. Front number plate was bent backwards, front bumper scratched and gouged as was the front wing. The driver spoke no English and was unable to use his phone camera function to record the damage.
I called the customer service number all options take you to the same mail box which is full so you can not leave a message. I have sent numerous emails again none have been answered.
I am now reporting the damage as Criminal damage to the Police which I'm reluctant to do as they are so busy but have no choice. Also contacting trading standards.
When I mentioned the damage to another member of staff at the car park he said " usually when we damage cars we have a garage to repair them before the customer returns"!
Avoid at all costs!

Terrible experience! Very rude representative, dropped the car off 1 hour later than arranged. Kept lying about how long they would take and kept hanging up on me! Brought the car back to muddy! They park the car in slough therefore using additional petrol. Nothing like airport parking, this is a couple of unprofessional cow boys who simply take your car and park it god knows where far away and bring it back to you when it is convenient for them. when i demanded he waiting while i checked the condition of the car, he ran off to a car which sped away! UNBELIEVABLE! Do not use these people!

Had to wait over 30 minutes in the car park & when the car arrived it was muddy inside & out. More meet & wait.....!
The contact had no idea how long it would take to arrive, shambolic communication.

"AVOID THIS MONSTER AT ALL COSTS......."
Totally unacceptable service from this ' TIN POT' shambles of an 'EXCUSE' for a so called 'airport parking' company. Managed and operated by rude, arrogant, un-educated people, none of whom can communicate in 'English', whose single focussed objective is to take your hard earnt money then totally ignore any questions, concerns you may have. We landed at Gatwick airport on 120818 on time at 3.15am, rang their main contact number, as requested, 138 times, got answered about 5 times by several different people who didn't have a clue what they were talking about or where our car was! All they could tell me, and 50 other families who were waiting for their cars between 2 and 7 hours, was that they were located somewhere in one of their 6 compounds located within a 5 mile radius of Gatwick!!! Myself and 6 other families eventually got our cars back after between 5 and 10 hour wait times but only after involving several police officers and gatwick security who scanned the 6 compounds, located our cars, ordered 'AIRPORT ESSENTIALS' to collect us all in a mini bus from Gatwick, take us to the compounds, pick up our 'MUD RIDDEN' cars, drive them back to Gatwick airport South Orange car park 3, ourselves to pick up our families and luggage then, to add insult to injury, made us pay £4 for car parking as well!! No apology or explanation received at all!!! THIS ORGANISATION MUST BE CLOSED DOWN NOW SO PLEASE ALL FELLOW BRITS JOIN ME IN TOTALLY CONDEMNING 'AIRPORT PARKING ESSENTIALS' BY AVIDLY SPREADING THE WORD ABOUT HOW UNBELIEVABLY POOR THIS ABSOLUTE RUBBISH, RUDE, ARROGANT SET OF HORRIBLE PEOPLE ARE - PLEASE DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FELLOW HUMANS......oh and by the way they use several different company names but the thing they have in common is that they all use the same main contact number which is '03301132120'. Please do not use them guys......
