booked last minute as had a problem with original transport so was really pleased to book 2 hours before i needed to leave really happy and would highly recommend

"SHOCKING SERVICE"

SHOCKING SERVICE! I wish I had read the reviews before booking! After a night flight we made the call for our car to be dropped off we were told 15 minutes we waited in total nearly 2hours in the car park after making numerous calls our car finally arrived covered in dirt and mud with no apology from the driver. To top it off we had to pay to get out of the carpark! I have sent several emails and completed there online complaints form and have had no acknowledgment whatsoever! AVOID

"It is a bad bad company"

It is a bad bad company. Sent me an email with instructions to go to the short stay parking. They were Not there. I had to pay to get out. Refused to reemburse that cost. Said collection would take 15 mins. Took 45mins and the car was damaged. They are just ignoring me. The delivery driver had such bad personal hygiene I’ve had to have the car valeted to get rid of the smell. I have threatened to go to the police. But I will report them to the Birmingham and Hounslow trading standards. They are a bunch of cowboys. Avoid at all costs if you valise your car.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
On our return from Alicante in Feb 2018, we rang to pick up at our car around 17.00 and they said it would be half an hour. Waited and rang back after 3/4 of an hour. They said they had lost they keys. After numerous calls and 2 hours gone they they said they couldnt find the car......REALLY!!!! . My Mrs was in tears and the bloke on they phone put they phone down on me after i insisted that they either get a taxi/ hire car for us to get back to Bournemourh and return car to us. Over 4 HOURS later we finally got the car back dirty and 2 lights not working. ( obviously was dumped in a field somewhere). How a company like this can operate from Gatwick is beyond me. Never again will i use this company and will be taking this further. If anyone is interested the company info is as follows; Bear in mind the Director below is also the company Secretary.

"Great price but average service."

I got a really good price from this company which made me choose them however the service wasn’t great. I had to wait 20 minutes at departures which caused quite a lot of stress. At arrivals it was only a 10 minute wait so not too bad. I wasn’t keen on the fact we had to meet our driver both times at the passenger drop off area which was really hectic....rather than in the car park like they advertise. Overall I guess you get what you pay for.

This company is a scam do not use them paid them in full but they refused to park my car and will not refund money they seem to hide behind a number of companies that they call service providers read there terms and conditions carefully and you will see that I mean DO NOT USE THEM 31/7/18

"Hassle free airport parking!"

Airport parking was easy to book, competitively priced and went off without a hitch. Staff on the phone line when we rang to say we were approaching the airport were friendly and polite. The driver arrived on time to collect the car and we professional and helpful. On our return the car arrived promptly at the collection point and in the same condition as we left it. Great service and would use again in the future.

"Worst company I'v ever dealt with!"

We booked the Premium Meet and Greet service. Was anything but premium. Waited an hour and 50mins to get our car back in a filthy condition. It was always "just 10mins away" and then they would hang up if you complained. Finally was able to leave at 0245 for our drive home. I will never use this company again, and have been put off meet and greet for life.

"V poor Meet and Greet service"

I used Meet and Greet service last week, in a nutshell, they arrived 30 mins later to collect my car When I called the operator was extremely rude, his name was Ali, said he was the owner of the business, and that I should pay more if I expected a better service !. On the return of the car, they arrived 50 mins later. I emailed my complaint on the day and several times thereafter, no received any reply. I have called and been on hold for over 20 min and then they cut me off. I have never experienced such poor service.
