Purchased a nearly 1000$CAD phone. Courier indicated that a signature on delivery is required. Package was delivered without signature, leaving the package outside in plain view. Could have easily been stolen, as has happened recently.
Would not recommend, especially if they ship to you with DHL.

If the. Company send you an ok item then well done, phew IF however, as often seems the case they send an item which is faulty, or you wish to return it or a 'pristine' item has a big chunk taken out of it, then I am sure not a single on of thier customers has ever had a satisfactory resolution.

Ordered a pristine Apple Watch Ultra and received an order confirmation number shortly afterwards. The next day I received an email saying the order had been cancelled because the item was not in stock. Not even an apology, just a 'we've cancelled your order'. Epic.
